Greetings
Thanks for looking at our offering for the Hartwell Event and Speedway. As you probably know we are the new owners of the Historic Hartwell Speedway. We purchased the facility because it is not only a racetrack but a 35 acre facility.
It is our hope to build out various attractions over the entire 35 acres. However first thing is first. The facility must be upgraded in order to give our community a safe, secure interactive experience for not only Hartwell but all of Northeast ga.
We believe that with the new additions we are making to the facility we will be able to host a bunch of events here in 2024. We are excited about the opportunity to bring that to you. Please see our events page for out list of planned events.
We are starting with the front of the facility in order to bring those events to life here in 2024 and hope to bring back racing later in this year.
After extensive conversations with the state of Ga. We have a clear plan on what needs to be done in order to make this track safe for our fans and pit crews. Our goal is to not only make extensive upgrades to the safety of the track but to make the whole facility an all day experience with several attractions.
What we could use are Founders. A founder is a person who believes in the mission of bringing a family friendly facility to Northeast GA. We are looking to offer limited edition membership for our Track and Event center. This initial membership will be valid thru 12-31-2025. In this way if it takes a while to bring racing back you are covered for the 24 season AND 25. Hopefully this doesn't disappoint. Think of it a super seasons pass. Here are some of the benefits
-Limited edition red founders club shirt. You will stand out in a crowd as a founding member. Not everyone will have one as they are limited edition (priceless)
-Founders dont pay admission to any event we sponsor including races while their membership is active. 1 per member.(Hundreds if you come to all events)
-Forgotten Class Fridays are Free Parking
-Free priority VIP parking first come first serve. ($10.00 value per event)
-$5.00 per table to sell at Flea Market instead of $10
-10% off concession purchases with id card( A lot if you like Buzzard burgers and cotton candy)
-Only Founders will be given trackside/pit passes on race day to spectate. ($30 dollar value per race)
-One free 4 hour pavilion rental per year first come first serve. ($250 value)
-Plaque with your name on the fence as a founder(priceless)
There are only so many memberships available. Once the membership expires you will be given the chance to renew if you decline only then will we offer that membership to someone else. However there is only a limited number of Founders. Will you be one?
